ABOUT ME

My name is Jeff and I am a longtime Willowdale resident of over 20 years. My professional experience includes working at Bank of Montreal and Scotiabank throughout the 13 years of my employment in the investment and financial industries. I am a believer of a strong community united by a desire for safety and prosperity. I have volunteered extensively throughout our community, so much so that you may recognize me from an event that you have attended in the past.

I am seeking the nomination to be your Conservative Party candidate in Willowdale. My message is simple:

1) Yes to less taxes.

2) Yes to a stronger economy.

3) Yes to safer communities.

4) Yes to clean drug-free streets.

13+ Years of Private Sector Experience

Great day out canvassing with my team. We met a family of four who are already card carrying conservatives. They want an election to fix the budget, stop the crime, and ban the drugs!

Two of my long time supporters just received my new brochure in the mail. Their families are two in 23,000+ who received my brochure over the past week from our mailer.

Nominate me as your common sense conservative candidate and let’s restore safety back to Willowdale!

Happy to see Pierre back in Toronto today - and so were my volunteers. Let’s bring it home!

Another great day at the doors in Willowdale. We spoke to a long time resident who really wants to fix the broken criminal justice system. Breaking and entering has become a more prominent issue on her street. This coincides with another resident’s concern who we canvassed just up the street yesterday. It’s time to stop the crime by giving jail not bail to repeat violent offenders.

Canvassing again in some good old Canadian weather. I was greeted by a resident through her window. She then unlocked at least THREE door latches before opening it. Safety was her primary concern and the many locks on her door made it obvious.

She liked that the Conservative Party will stop the crimes by giving jail not bail to repeat violent offenders.

Currently “bundling” our postcard for the campaigns first mail blast. Check your mailboxes this week Willowdale!

At the doors: more former liberal voters, and even some NDP are now switching over to vote Conservative. It’s true, many Canadians want an election! Thanks again to my great volunteer team for canvassing with me in the cold weather.

Heard at the doors again: the immigration system is broken. There are not enough homes for all of the new students, workers and immigrants. There are not enough homes for existing taxpaying Canadians. One resident shared a horror story about how “bed sharing” rentals have become a real arrangement, where two people will take turns sleeping in the rented bed because one person has classes in the morning and one works in the evening.

It’s time to fix immigration. No more out of control Liberal-NDP numbers. No more out of control virtue signalling. It’s time to lower the numbers and build more homes.

After 9 long years of Liberal-NDP governance, many Canadians do not want to wait another year let alone another month. They do not want to wait for the Liberal Party to sort out their business at the country’s expense. Many want an election now!

We braved the cold new years weather in our first canvass of 2025. Some residents greeted me warmly as they recognized me from my video! Thank you to everyone who opened up their doors in this weather and thanks to my great volunteer team for always being here.

When was the last time Nonsense Nate walked outside and saw how “harm reduction” has failed and destroyed neighbourhoods? Drugs are cheaper than food.

It must be easy to ignore the drug addicts sleeping outside Rideau Centre right across your Ottawa office!

🚪 Doors knocked every weekend in the past year. Car theft is the 1️⃣ most common issue raised that has impacted everyone directly, or someone they know.

Happy Hanukkah to the Jewish community! We gathered at Mel Lasman square to celebrate the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil.

Merry Christmas to all who celebrate. This is one of the most important days for Christians but also a time for Canadian families to gather for festivities.

For families who are struggling, may this day bring you rest and restore your hope for a better tomorrow. It can happen. Let’s work hard together to ensure it happens.

Recently my team and I were door-knocking in Willowdale for my Conservative nomination campaign. We were in the north part of the riding towards Yonge and Steeles.

A few knocks in some neighbours tell us about the very new group of tents and homeless individuals who have settled in the nearby Centre Park. Naturally they are justifiably concerned.

The intertwining of homelessness, economic mismanagement, immigration, criminal justice policy and drugs are a dominant theme of this campaign. I’m always looking to learn more.

So I approached the tents once the canvas was finished. We spoke to a nice man living in one of the tents. An immigrant, he graciously offered to have a conversation on the record (though he wanted to be anonymized) about his predicament.

One thing struck out and cut like a knife:

“Drugs are cheaper than food.”

You read that right.

I’m grateful for the perspective of this man, and every voice needs to be heard when we get to untangling this mess.

But make no mistake: this is a result of policy choices by our Liberal government. 10 years ago we didn’t have homeless tent villages as part of the landscape in suburban playgrounds and parks. We didn’t have drugs cheaper than food, perpetuating addiction and homelessness. We didn’t have senior citizens afraid to leave their homes.

This must change. It has too.

The last delivery of turkey and chicken in 2024 so hard working families can enjoy a great Christmas or Hanukkah holiday dinner together.

After volunteering for more than 2 years, I still haven’t had the chance to meet face to face with some recipients because they’re always working and not home.

Local Christian charity @neighbourlinkny makes this all possible. See you next year!

Our final canvass for 2024. Many residents are sick and tired of the declining safety and increasing cost of living in Canada. Many Canadians want an election now! Nominate me as your Conservative Party candidate and let’s defeat the liberal MP in Willowdale!

We had a very interesting canvass yesterday, where many seniors and other concerned residents voiced their worry about several tents being set up in a park just behind their homes. One senior who recently passed away was too scared to go into his own backyard because a tent was hooked onto the fence and items were being burnt. After speaking to the residents, we went and spoke with one of the tent owners. Video to be uploaded soon.

After 9 years of Liberal NDP so called “compassion” and virtue signalling, malls are now brazenly robbed by criminals in plain sight. Where is the compassion and care for taxpayers and law abiding citizens? It’s time to restore common sense to the country. Jail not bail for these criminals.

It will be a cold winter for home owners when their heating is taxed twice by the disastrous carbon tax. Trudeau Liberals must STOP 🛑 punishing Canadians with the costly carbon tax and listen to calls for a carbon tax election. Nominate me as your candidate in Willowdale and let’s axe the tax together.
